Inita Apšeniece is an Attorney at Law, who represents the firm’s clients in court and arbitration proceedings, prepares legal opinions and provides legal assistance in the areas of credit institution operations, construction, insurance, tax, commercial and civil law. During her professional career of more than 15 years, she has provided legal assistance to clients in many complex proceedings, including cases involving recognition of foreign court rulings in Latvia, commercial disputes, actions for damages, actions for challenge or actions for enforcement of agreements, defamation cases, as well as construction, insurance, tax and other disputes. Inita definitely demonstrates analytical and scrupulous approach in conducting her cases.
