Inga Bite is a lawyer at the sworn law firm “CersJurkāns,” bringing over 20 years of practical experience and extensive academic expertise. She has developed a strong background in administrative litigation, disputes with institutions, public procurement, legislative proceedings, and environmental law. Inga has held key roles in the Saeima, the State Chancellery, and the Supreme Court, gaining invaluable insight into legal processes at the highest levels. She has successfully represented clients in oral proceedings before the Constitutional Court and has also prepared several applications for constitutional review. As a co-author of several books on public law, Inga is deeply committed to the legal profession. She believes that, much like a marathon, success in jurisprudence and legal dispute resolution requires patience, perseverance, and long-term, dedicated professional work.
