We believe that even a brief face-to-face meeting is often more productive than extended remote communication. We also value direct engagement in oral court hearings, as in-person interaction with both the court and opposing parties is highly beneficial. However, if necessary, we are also available for remote consultations and written proceedings. During the initial meeting, one of our leading lawyers or partners listens to the client’s concerns and outlines possible solutions or courses of action. A thorough legal assessment and a precise action plan can only be provided after reviewing relevant documents and, if necessary, following up with additional meetings.
