RESTRUCTURING AND INSOLVENCY

·         Financial restructuring by restructuring debts, assessing the terms of existing debts and negotiating with creditors to amend the terms;

·         Restructuring of debts, representing the client in negotiations with debtors or creditors, identifying, developing and applying new solutions aimed at ensuring the continuity of the company’s business and improving liquidity;

·         Optimising the capital structure of the company by issuing new shares or repurchasing existing shares;

·         Restructuring day-to-day business operations by providing legal support in cost optimisation processes, including workforce reductions and the sale of inefficient or non-core assets;

·         Representation in the acquisition of assets from insolvent or restructuring companies;

·         Representation of shareholders, management and supervisory board members of an insolvent company in legal proceedings against claims brought by the insolvency administrator;

·         Representation of creditors at all stages of insolvency proceedings, including preparation of insolvency applications, representation of creditors at creditors’ meetings;

·         Representation at all stages of extrajudicial legal protection proceedings (ĀTAP) legal protection proceedings (TAP), supporting the preparation and coordination with creditors of the plan for the legal protection proceedings and the selection and implementation of the most appropriate TAP and ĀTAP methods;

·         Representing clients out of court with creditors and debtors;

·         Representation before the courts in all types of disputes related to insolvency, legal protection proceedings or restructuring;

·         Representation of creditors in insolvency and liquidation proceedings of credit institutions;

·         Recovery of third-party assets in insolvency and liquidation proceedings of credit institutions.
